The stunning star enjoyed drinks in Malibu, near her California home, with friends and family.

And she played on the sand with Nahla, her three-year-old daughter fathered by model Gabriel Aubrey.

The pictures of the bikini-clad beauty were reminiscent of her famous scenes in the 2002 movie Die Another Day.

She split with French-Canadian model Gabriel in April 2010, after a five year relationship.

In January she pulled out of filming New Year's Day to concentrate on the bitter custody battle over their daughter.

The former couple reached a settlement in April, after appearing in court.

In a statement at the time, Halle said: "I'm so happy we've arrived at that place -- because for her sake, this is the best way. We both love her more than life."
